Motorola has unveiled the highly anticipated “foldable” version of its iconic Razr phone, 15 years after the original launched.

The revived Razr comes with a foldable 6.2-inch (2142 x 876p) plastic HD OLED display, which transforms into a 2.7-inch (600 x 800p) glass-covered OLED when folded. Weighing 250g, it measures 72 x 172 x 6.9mm when unfolded and 72 x 94 x 14mm when closed. It is available in a Black Black color

The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710, octa-core, 2.2 GHz processor, and comes with 128 GB of storage. It runs Android 9 Pie out of the box.

As a tribute to the original, the phone makers have included a “Retro Razr” mode in the new device, which sports a 16MP, f / 1.7, 1.22um, EIS rear camera with dual pixel autofocus (AF). There is also a 5MP front shooter.

The smart phone camera comes with Google Lens which can recognize text, which makes searching much easier.
